Here stands the quote, “”Statue of Freedom””, that is all we are given, a timeless guardian of liberty, juxtaposed with the elegant First Lady, Melania Trump, whose wide-brimmed hat has captivated the court of public opinion.
This hat, crafted by an artisan of renown, Eric Javits, shields her visage with mystery and grace, evoking awe as it sways in the winds of fate.. much as Lady freedom itself weathers the tempests of time. Yet, it is not merely the art of the hat or the stateliness of the moment that compels me. But beauty!
I, who have drawn the Statue of Freedom for President Donald Trump and studied her with reverence, must speak plainly. This icon, perched high upon the Capitol dome, is veiled in enigma. The histories of her origin, as told to us, are flawed, and forged.. I believe. I have labored in thought and written at length to reveal the truth: that she is older than our chronicles admit, her construction photos suspect, perhaps forged to conceal her ancient beginnings.
Who she truly is, none may claim to know, though many have opinions. Yet I know this.. Yes, she is more than we confess, a sentinel of ages past. As I pair her with my modern muse, Melania, in a union of grace and symbolism, I summon all to ponder the mysteries of liberty, of history, and of the enduring power of imagery. Joe Biden may not get past the hat, but History will not!!!

Nay, I must contend, perhaps the statue never left her rightful perch atop the Capitol dome. Perhaps she has stood there, eternal, unyielding, since time immemorial. The story of her being raised into place? A tale for children, I suspect.
And what of the Capitol itself, that grand edifice of this republic? I have studied its images, and I declare them as suspect as the statue’s own. A ladder placed on its side.. a token gesture, as if to suggest work is being done—yet no laborers are seen, no toil to complete the task. Does this not strain credulity?
I say to you, citizens, the truth is hidden in plain sight. These stories we are told, these images we are shown, are but veils cast over a deeper mystery. The Statue of Freedom has been, and perhaps shall always be, as eternal as the ideals she represents.
