🎨 Operation Sloth Trail — My Latest Cartoon
I’ve been following the Trump administration’s press conference on the capture of Nicolás Maduro, and one line stood out:
Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine said they studied everything about Maduro how he moved, what he wore, what he ate… even what pets he had.
That detail hit me. Pets?
It was oddly specific and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. So in this cartoon, I imagined the pet: a slow, smug little sloth in a dictator’s cap. And of course, I gave President Trump the punchline:
“Should’ve taught the sloth to run.”
It’s funny but it’s also about something serious. A regime so corrupt, so broken, that even a sloth looks like a political insider.
Everything here is hand drawn. I worked today from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on this, and most days because I believe in documenting this era with sharp, fearless conservative art. I draw everything myself.
